TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Please come with respect for these sacred plants, respect for other guests, volunteer and staff, and an open heart and mind 

- Complete the Registration form

-You are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your place 

- The outstanding balance is due at least 5 days prior to your retreat start date

- We may be forced to cancel our retreat or ceremony for political, environmental or any other reason out of our control.  If we cancel due to any of these reasons we cannot refund your deposit.  

-We endeavor to operate all retreats as described on the website.  We reserve the right to make any itinerary changes necessary to accomodate local circumstances or conditions outside of our control.

-Please ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance.  We do not accept any responsibility for personal injury, damage, loss, or death that you may suffer directly or indirectly as part of your participation in any of the retreats or ceremonies or due to breach of these booking conditions. 

- In order to book a place in one of our retreats or ceremonies, by sending the registration form, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out above.

- Once we receive your form we will email you back within 48 hours to confim your reservation

- We ask you cooperate with our safety requests, such as staying in the ceremony space during the ceremonies, walking with a volunteer to the bathroom if necessary, and being kind and non-hostile with staff and other guests. You may be asked to leave without refund if we feel you are risking yours or someone else's safety or being aggressive towards others

-You can either pay by PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. You will be responsible for the extra fees incurred by whichever financial institution you choose.
